At LusciousGems, we accept returns for resizing, refurbishing, and warranty claims.

Resize

We offer complimentary resizing for our rings up to 3 sizes up or down (e.g., 10, 10.5, 11).
A fee may apply for resizing that exceeds 3 sizes up/down.

Resizing may not be advisable for certain ring designs due to design proportions and structural integrity. Please consult our jewellery specialists for guidance.

Refurbish

We offer complimentary refurbishment for all jewellery once per year for up to 10 years.
Additional refurbishment services beyond the complimentary entitlement may incur charges.

Return Instructions

Step 1: Inform our sales consultant of your return request.
Step 2: Place the jewellery into the LusciousGems jewellery box and then into the delivery box.
Step 3: Seal the delivery box with the LusciousGems security sticker, and send us a photo for verification.
Step 4: Wait for courier pickup.

We do not require your invoice, receipt, or diamond certificate for returns related to resizing and refurbishing.

Refund Policy

At LusciousGems, we stand behind the quality of our products and may offer customers the option to request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The identification number inscribed on the diamond does not match its corresponding GIA certificate; and/or
  • A diamond purchased under a stated performance program does not meet the declared light performance standard in its corresponding third-party performance report (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or amend an order before payment is made.
Once partial or full payment has been made, cancellation or refund will not be allowed, unless otherwise stated in our written policy.
